Warranty
Two-Year Limited Warranty
Two-year warranty in respect of defects associated with the Product, commencing from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The Product must have been professionally mounted and installed by a certified licensed contractor in accordance with the Safety Standards Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 39, as amended, and the Electrical Safety Regulation B.C. Reg. 100/2004, as amended.
- The Product must have been used by the Purchaser in the manner and for the purpose recommended and authorized by SIDLER and the manufacturer.
- The Product must not have been modified or changed in design or function following delivery.
- In each case, written notice by the Purchaser specifying the alleged defectsmust be received during the warranty period (within two years of the date of delivery).
- The warranty is limited to replacement parts only.
- Damages resulting from normal wear and tear are excluded. The determination of whether damage has so resulted will be in the sole discretion of SIDLER.
- Damages resulting from any errors in representations made by the manufacturer regarding product specifications are excluded.

1. Can I use a different bulb for my lit cabinet? For example, can I replace the fluorescent bulb with an LED bulb?

| The electrical ballast in the Fluorescent cabinets do not support the LED bulbs so, we do not recommend this. As a result, they would burn out much faster and also, cause damage to the ballast itself. |
| 2. Can I get a cabinet with an outlet but no lights? |
| Yes, we have this option available with an outlet and no lights in our Modello collection. |
| 3. Do the outlets inside the cabinets turn off when I turn the lights off? |
| No, the outlets will stay on when the light is turned off if wired correctly in compliance with the national electrical code. |
